Coach John Swickrath who is the current Head Women's
Basketball Coach at Division 1 NAIA Brescia University in
Owensboro, Kentucky, and former Head Men's Basketball Coach
at Lynchburg College, has been running camps, mini camps, and
private lessons for over eleven years. Coach Swickrath has
played a vital part in the development of many young players in
the greater Lynchburg area. With a friendly, hands on approach
he has built his "John Swickrath's Basketball Camps" from two
weeks of 30 kids, a few years back, to four weeks of 100 plus
kids in the summer of 2008. If you ask around the community his
camps are known as the best camps in the area for young
basketball players.
